Organized at the newly inaugurated Adora Convention Hall in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam HR Day 2013 attracts more than 500 HR senior professionals who gather to share knowledge and experiences on hot topics such as employer branding, leadership in restructuring phase and crisis, employees conflict settlement, motivation etc. Prominent leaders of various industries also join as key note speakers or round table panelists to provide insights and own perspectives on the most concerned issues.
HRBoss Vietnam participated with a prominent booth where the team actively introduced and consulted with interested participants about our latest HR solution – EmployeeBoss as well as new upgraded versions of the eRecruitment solution – HiringBoss. Participants brought with them many interesting questions on not only the functional features but the many ways that HiringBoss can add value to their quality of hiring and most of all, their employer branding aspirations. Unlike previous years, where the idea of a specialized IT solution for recruitment sounded like a luxury investment, this year’s participants embraced HiringBoss with a more savvy and receptive mindset.
Our Vietnam HRBoss team leveraged the opportunity to introduce EmployeeBoss into the market and immediately received keen interest on the topic of HR Big Data and Analytics. Despite vague understanding of what HR Big Data is, the participants realized instantly the importance of business intelligence and analysis in HR, as this aids the decision making process. More impressively is the-change-without-changing philosophy of this new solution. “So complex and yet so simple” is the general opinion that the participants have about EmployeeBoss.
HR Day continues to be the most awaited event for HR in the year. It also serves as a platform for HR support service providers to reach the targeted audience. For this purpose, HRBoss is pleased that it has added value in the knowledge pool of HR personnel of the tools to help them perform their jobs more efficiently and effectively.
